Hi there I have a 2022 Telluride that I haven't updated the Navi unit in a bit now because the USB port is not working. This was since January of 2022 now we a re starting December oh yeah we just start it 6 minutes ago. Anyways the dealership every month keep telling me the parts is on back ordered. Now come on it's almost a year. Now back to my question they want to splice and join the part that's bad. Now it from a 4000 dollar harness. They don't want to pull up the dash now I want to kno if this will or would work with no problems in the future. I am not sure about all this they keep telling me the dash will not be the same squeaking will be a big problem. Now are they trying to take short cut or what. I buy a new car but it feels like I have a use car. . Kia I buy two minivan and two Telluride so far but I have had too much headache with the last two you are going too loose a good customer. I think I will buy a Benz SUV next . I may as well sorry but ur vehicle is adding to my health issues.
