• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Apologies if this has been asked, I've seen some older threads for prior model years. Has anyone found or had success with pen or brush touch-up paint for the gray bumper?

I have an unsightly scratch on the gray rear bumper. We actually got it delivered from the dealer out of state like this and the car was so unbelievably dirty on dropoff (the travel route ended up having major snowstorms) that I didn't see it to mark it. I don't know whether it was the transportation company or the dealer's fault and it being out of state didn't know what to do and figured not worth fighting over I don't even know what. I figured it would be the first of many scratches but now over a year in it is still the only scratch and I'm hoping to conceal it.
