• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

None of those cars have “rear DRLs”. You will only see those lights when they brake or have their headlights on.
I’ve owned two on that list that have them!

I own two that have them now (if both Volvos). Also owned a Nissan Murano that had them. Tesla have them, loads have them…

Saw a video of what looks to be an sx wolf grey with out xline/pro. I hope this is wrong. But the my23 booklet indicates that this could be accurate. Pissed it appears they are getting rid of the black copper. That blue is hideous and the new red is just not right either based on the dawning red on the new soortage.

You can’t get Wolf Gray without abs X trim.

Is it correct to assume based on the flyer that the x-pro will get full display mirror in both the SX and SX-P? I need the display mirror for my dog carriers and hope it comes with the SX as well since the rest of the features of SX-P are not needed.

That is an SX-P feature.

So you’d have to get either an SX-P, an SX-P X-Line, or an SX-P X-Pro to get it.

I'm a little confused. So the SX-P trim is combinable with X-Line? Is there anyway to get the X-Line (20") wheels with Nappa Leather?

You can look at the Sportage and Sorrento for an idea of how the packages combine. You can get SX-P with one of the X trims. View the X-trims a little like the NF package. It can be added to any EX or SX package.

For the wheels, you’d likely have to ask the dealer if you can change the wheels on an SX-P.

So an SX-P with an X trim gets SX-P wheels and not X-Line wheels? Very confusing.

No, all X-Lines will get the 20" X-Line wheels. And X-Pros will get the 18" X-Pro wheels.

I'm currently in a strange situation where I want to order a 2023 Telluride but I don't want it to arrive until the beginning of next year. I know orders start in the next few days and I'm curious if anyone has any insight on how fast a 2023 order might arrive if I order right when the ordering starts?

Stitching on the seats, .5 inch increased clearance, blacked out chrome like the NF. It’s basically the NF package.
Do we know where the increased ground clearance comes from on X-trims? I'm interested in Truxxx aftermarket lift kits so would be critical to know how compatibility may be impacted.

You’ll probably be at the back of the line, after all of those who had pending 22 orders. So I think it won’t be until after April at the earliest anyway. Order away!

I would order now - probably a one in a million chance of getting it before January given all existing orders already in queue at dealers.

Wholly depends on the dealer and how many allotments they receive each month, and the trim level.

I think you’re likely waiting until next year at this point. You can always confirm with the dealer how long they expect. Even my local dealers that have a markup are quoting at least a 3 month wait to custom order (which would mean earliest is mid December and with the holidays - I’m thinking January). You should be good in my opinion

I was thinking xline / ex level with dawning red / terracotta .. but now I’m wondering if I’ll regret not going for the SX. I like the look of the blacked out tires but I’d never ever tow anything or go off-roading . I live in pittsburgh, so there is a need for AWD at least.
I think now as I’m waiting to place the order, i might want a regular SX to get some of the upgrades and just get the mahogany seats instead. If the prices are around the same, this might be a $2k difference?
Thoughts? I have a 2013 base soul i drive now so basically anything i get will be a significant upgrade. I do have a baby and 2 year old now though. But again, I’ve lived without all the fancy stuff for the last 10 years in the soul lol

I'd go for SX Prestige X-Line. Usefully features over EX, and higher resell value.

That's exactly what I want and hopefully that's an available trim. However when you look at the Sportage, they don't seem to offer that - from what I can tell is you would need to go to X-Pro to get the Prestige package. I really hope that's not the case for the Telluride too.

any update from Kia from the Detroit Auto show that started today morning?

I'm between SX X-Line and SX-P X-Line, depending on pricing. Guide says only SX-P gets heated steering wheel, which would be a bummer.
