• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

Well, I have both a Palisade and a Telluride, so I’m not on one side or another. Same team.

In the Palisade groups and forums, multiple times per week people with new Palisade are asking why their new car doesn’t have the features their old one had or that others in the group are talking about. And the response is, “sorry, you’ll have to wait and hope.”

I’m not getting a 2023 Palisade or Telluride… my 2020 versions of each are great and don’t have that many miles. I don’t care either way. I’m just doing my best to help give accurate and helpful information (as always). I want those taking home their new Telluride to be as happy as possible with their fun new toy. And people on the forum are way more likely than the average owner to have updated their existing car’s system, so would be the most likely to be disappointed if their new car wasn’t completely new.

If you don’t care, that’s great. But some do.

And on that note, many on the Palisade forum have complained about the recent update. I'm in those groups, too. It cuts both ways.

White or wolf gray on xline?
I ordered wolf gray.

**Not mine. Just a pic of one**

I'm still unsure how the Midnight Lake Blue will look in person. It looks so different in some of the pics and videos that have been released. Has anyone see one in person? Is it dark and metallic? Also, has anyone seen pics of the navy/grey interior in an S-XP?

There’s a video in post 1615

It's destined to be one of those colors that changes 5X per day based on lighting, which is often a cool feature.

Thanks - great comments, helpful and totally agree. Curious - can you provide some pros/cons of each Palisade and Telluride based on your experience? If you had to sell both and only purchase one, would it be a Palisade, Telluride or something else?

My dealership put in about 395 orders in the past 2 days. They told me I’m number 6 from the top so could be getting it soon
Depends on whether they start filling from the bottom or the top 🤣

What choices do i have if i want towing package with the bucket seat? Just learned i cant get it with the ex anymore

I just learned the EX model no longer comes with the towing. So what options are available with the bench seat and towing? I am so disappointed i could cry

Check out what I wrote a few years ago.

They’ve fixed my only wishes with the Telluride (remote start on fob, digital instrument cluster), and even added a few things.

Of course, they’ve added things to the Palisade as well (remote smart parking, heated third row) that aren’t on the Telluride. And still haven’t added power folding mirrors, which apparently gets a lot of people in a tizzy.

Ultimately, as always, it comes down to what design you prefer, and also price and availability. The only wrong answer would be not getting one or the other; there is nothing else in this price range that’s competitive.

Where did you learn that? I wonder if my order got dropped then, as I had an EX with towing. Also, do you know if this means they can't add a hitch at all, or just that the towing package is no longer an option. Personally, I only care about the hitch and it seems odd that they would talk towing capacity, but not have hitches available.

I’m basic . Just got the S in AWD and dawning red. I’m coming from a soul, so it’s going to be a huge upgrade as is. Maybe in a few years i can justify getting a higher trim if still getting a good return for used telluride
Pictures of the dawning red?

Just went to a local MN dealer who said this. Sounds like towing will be an option on other versions and will become abailable inNov but not on the ex. Hitches will be considered an accessory

Yesterday dealer swapped my 2022 SX P/T/N Ebony Black/Black ordered in Apr with a 2023 SXP X-line Ebony Black/Black. Price comes in about $2100 higher. I was told I am #23 on their Telly order list but may not need to wait long if their allocation matches my order with no other orders of the same. Also open to other dark exterior colors like blue and green, maybe red. Back to waiting now…
