We placed the order 10/1, got a call yesterday, 10/3, that said they got the order and ETA is 10/28 for delivery

Awesome! I got called yesterday mine was picked up too. ETA 11/1. My order went in 9/29

I just finally got my order placed last night and my dealer finished the conversation with this exact warning. FYI this is not an order but a request. They aren’t building to suit you. They build what they want and you get whatever is closest to your request but it could have more or less “port added” options. Meaning additional costs you’re not aware of. I’m gonna be really mad if they add second row entertainment and I’ve gotta pay up or go to the back of the line

That’s my understanding too and i hope any accessories are minimum. The rear entertainment addition is the worst one. I could live with the cargo net or wheel locks

With my original order she said we had to have two port added options (we chose cross bars and tow hitch) and might end up with floor mats anyway. With the update she couldn't add the hitch but did add cross bars, and the mats were added by Kia. So yeah, folks might get an extra or two added but hopefully nothing too expensive.

Test Drove a 2023 SX X-Line last night, they had a SXP XPro that just got in for detail, the salesman went and pulled it out for us to check out and I have to say we instantly fell in love

The appearance of the X-Pro just outshined anything else out there - and the jungle green actually looked incredible in person.

We’re still ordering a White with Teracotta SXP XPro from out of state but I have to say any concern about the appearance of the grill or anything else was completely whipped away. I really like the look of it
Tried to work with this dealers but they wouldn’t budge on less than 6k over

Yeah this X-Pro grill sure looks silver to me. Definitely not the "new Nightfall". I guess maybe this silver grill is a tiny bit darker than the lower trims? Definitely not as dark as as what was shared earlier for X-Pro:

Thank you for sharing the pics! Cool color but not for me. Isn't it just the wheels on the outside and the "X-Pro" on the seats that distinguishes it from the X-Line? What color combo was the X-Line you drove?

Yeah I think that’s the only differences I guess, hard to put a finger on it but there was just something about it that stood out. There was another couple there that had the same reaction when the XPro pulled around.

I’m a fan of a more rugged look, so maybe it was just the wheels and tires, and I prefer the green over the silver of the xline we drove.
I will say the green looks better in person than it shows in photos.

I would find a dealer that has gotten both xline and XPro in and go see them in person to see for yourself

Those pics of the green look great. I still don't think I would buy it personally but the green with the silver front end actually looks really good. Did you get any pics of the terracotta?

This question keeps getting asked, but no one definitively knows the answers at this time.

The best information we have is from the press photos released back in April: both the black and terracotta on the X-Pro and X-Line are shown with dark headliners.

The photos on the '23 KIA preview page show the X-Line in Terracotta with a gray headliner. Hoping that's the case.

@Jyates18 do you think if you saw both the X-Line and X-Pro in the same color you would have had the same reaction? Do you think the X-Pro would have still stood out as much? IMO silver never looks good on a car lol.

Any Floridians order one yet? Can’t seem to find a dealer that is providing the ability to custom order one and not try and gouge customers. Drove around and spent hours at different dealers this weekend for nothing…losing my patience.

Not sure if it applies to 2023, but we ordered our 22 at South Dade Miami at MSRP.

Where are you located? My dealer sells MSRP (kinda $1995 upcharge for included items like coating on paint, windshield, and tinted windows. This dealer applies the same fee even for a KIA Rio) but they told me they mark them up a bit if you live outside their service area.

That plus slightly increased ground clearance, but not sure if that is noticeable from the side or not.

I think that is the faux suede headliner you get if you upgrade to the Prestige package. Non-Prestige X-Line and X-Pro gets you a black headliner.

I think both X-Line and X-Pro get a 0.4 inch "lift"

Update from Canada. We ordered early March and got a call from our dealer today asking if we are still interested, and that we would get a MY2023. They are updating their list but did not have exact details on price or trims. Said price should be $1000 to $1500 more than MY2022, and could be Nov, Dec or Jan to arrive. I’m getting excited now!

Hey that is great news, if you don't mind me asking, are you based in GTA? I placed the order late March and I have not heard anything yet from the dealer. (I made an inquiry last month and was told they will be contacting us when they get the updated info)

Correct and a 110V outlet in the back. I think they were just talking about visual differences.
