• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Found some pictures of 2023 model that was testing in S Korea.
This one looks like non-X series, I like the changes and new wheel design.

I can see where the nightfall fans will be upset but those who like the lighter colors will be fine. The bumper will look fine combined with GWP.

I wonder if the 3rd pic is the blinker on, or the orange drl's on a higher trim? I think it looks nice. Like the 1st gen, if there are more exterior dislikes, just wrap or dip it. Personally I think they have done a good job and if am excited to start seeing them on the road

Blinker is on. Notice how the passenger side doesn’t match (that’s the DRL, same as we saw at the launch).

I do now Guess I could've zoomed in, but thank you. What are your thoughts on the 23?

Exactly correct. If they where Orange they both would be on at the same time.

I think it's fine, definitely good updates for a mid-cycle refresh. I'm more than happy with my 2020, but the interior and tech upgrades for the 2023 are especially very enticing. The exterior doesn't bother me as much as some others, and if I got one, it'd probably be a top end X-Line (the X-Pro would definitely have a louder ride given the knobbier tires).

Need moar photos ;)

I dunno. I'm trying to give it a fair shake, but it looks like it's trying too hard now or something. It's too...busy. Still pretty good looking, but not as "clean" as before.

That said, I'd be glad to have the new interior.

The bumper design is almost the same as far as vent cutouts, shaping, etc but on previous versions the bumper was the same color as the body. Now they just randomly decide to make it dull silver/light gray on all models? I can understand why some design choices came to be, but this one is a headscratcher.

My order is already for Gravity Gray so I'm hoping it blends in well with the bumpers but if I were getting any other color, I'd be really annoyed. Wolf Gray might actually be the best match but who knows. Overall, it doesn't look "bad" but it is definitely an unnecessary step backwards.

The front and back silver trim need to be in body color, the look is tragic right now.

I don’t know who green lit those bumpers. I can understand those bumpers on the X-trims because they are trying to look “rugged” but now it seems those hideous bumpers will be on all models? Just horrible.

The new grill looks great though and the headlights have really grown on me. I actually think I might like those headlights better than the current ones.

My speculation on why they got rid of the iconic orange DRLs is that those aren’t actually legal in many countries outside the USA so perhaps it streamlines Kia’s manufacturing to just produce the same headlights that will be legal everywhere.

I agree on the headlights. I hated the new grill and headlights at first but then I realized my issue wasn't with the design itself, just that the previous version was slightly better. So we went from a 10/10 to a 9.5/10. Still great.

The bumpers went from 8/10 (idk what a bumper could do to be a 10/10) to a 2/10. I actually think they improved the design of the front bumper from a side profile view so if it was blacked out or body color it would actually be a slight improvement, but the gray color KILLS it.

I'm still very excited to get my 2023 because of the interior changes but Kia could have had perfection if they left left the bumpers alone on the 2023 exterior.

That's a hard pass from me 😎

Damn was really hoping those bumpers would stick to the "X" models! Wheels aren't an improvement either imo. Oh well, we'll see what the finished SX product is in a few months.

New Palisade is growing on me more and more.

The bumpers give it a horrible "hey we didn't have time to finish this" look and the headlights are meh at best. i do really like the new grill though, looks sharp.

Maybe those bumpers still have some of the camouflage on them to hide the actual look. One can hope.
