• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2025 Telluride s-xline prestige - 5 weeks old
CarPlay was working both with a cable and separately with a wireless (both Carlinkit and Ottocast) adapter
Today it just stopped connecting using any method - multiple cables and both adapters - nothing works
Phone charges, so I know the USB has power
CarPlay is enabled thru the phone projection setting on the screen - turned it off and them on again - no effect
Restarted phone (16 pro max) and still nothing
Any suggestions on things to try to regain CarPlay access?
Thanks

I would try the following:

Screen reset: Press the start button twice and using the tip of a pen, or a paperclip, press the reset button (tiny button between the volume control and the map button) for five seconds. You may lose some customization settings and need to reset them.

Remove negative battery cable for 30 minutes or overnight: You may also lose customization settings and need to reset the auto up/down on window controls.

Be sure you are connecting the cable via the USB-A connector on the console. I'm guessing you already know that. Note that I had to try two or three different cables to get one that worked.
