• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My impressions of the car still haven’t changed too much since my 2 year update. The car is still a pleasure to drive. Have not had any major issues. Have been changing the oil every 7500 miles and bringing in for the annual maintenance intervals for inspection.

My windshield did experience the excessive cracking issue other 2020 owners have reported. Luckily after checking with Kia corporate customer service, my VIN qualified for the Customer Satisfaction Initiative for free windshield repair, and I was reimbursed in full. Beware it took 5 months for processing time before I received the check.

I have switched from using the Carlinkit 3.0 to the Carlinkit Tbox plus (with SIM cellular service) and have been very satisfied with the performance so far.

Plastic mesh grill still holding up perfectly fine after 2.5 years.

Accesorides remote start still working great after 2.25 years.

Only thing I am going to continue to keep an eye out for is the battery. Might have the battery health checked 1 or 2 times a year to monitor if it is getting any worse. The concern is because ISG does not work unless I charge my battery, and only works for 2-3 days when charged. May just replace it by the end of this year to see if I can restore ISG function.

For those who are curious how grey nappa leather holds up after 3 years of driving with jean pants, here are some photos. I use leather conditioner at least once a year to keep it looking clean and soft.

Thanks for the update. 19K in 3 years? I'm about 55k in a little over two! :) Maybe it's *too* fun for me to drive.

My window was taken care by the dealer, Drove in, showed the damage and letter. A few phone calls and text from them and it was done in a few weeks.

Lucky you. My dealer looked at the letter and handed it back to me with no f*cks given. They said they checked the VIN for recalls and saw nothing mentioned about replacing the windshield, so I was sh*t outta luck. Thankfully somebody at Kia corporate did their job and actually checked if I was eligible. Even though it took about a week for them to confirm it was within the affected manufacturer date and would honor it.

No one was more surprised than me. That being said, I fully expect it to break again and this time it will be on me.

Thanks for the update and glad to hear that the reliability meets expectation.
