• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 3D Maxpider Kagu Mats

Any tips for cleaning these mats? I have them in my Telly here in the Northeast. I really like the look overall, but they quickly get super dirty with mud and salt (I know, that's why they're there!). Last time I pulled them and hosed them off in my front lawn, which helped a lot but still left them looking gray and dirty after they dried. Wondering if anyone has tips or products for easily restoring them to that nice black new look?

This thing works great for these kind of mats. What is best is that it's not greasy. It also works for plastic trims and dashboards.

How is the cleaning of these floor mats??? From the pictures, it seems like after being soiled from snow the need to be washed with a hose. Doesn't look like you can just wipe off the dirt like the weathertech, smartliner, maxliner, or tuxmats. Please let me know if my perception is incorrect. They look really cool.

Actually I asked this question before and nobody replied. Seems like you answered my question. I was 100% sold on this mats but now I have to reconsider because of not being able to wipe off the dirt. It's such a pain in the neck to hose clean these during the winter.

Anyone have any tips on removing them for cleaning? They are really tight at the anchor points and I actually separated the grommet from my passenger side floor mat. I was able to screw it back in. I had Weathertechs in my old vehicle, I remember it taking a bit of wiggling with the Weathertechs, but with these mats, I'm really frustrated. I'm basically trying to unhook them by reversing the way I installed them, but boy, they really don't want to come out! I'll take any suggestions... Thanks!

Just wanted to share some pictures of the 3D Maxspider Kagu mats in my 2021. Great fit, love the texture and backing on these! Highly recommended (albeit early on)!
I have them too and love them. Wish they made a cargo cover. Hopefully, they will.

After 5 months of Chicago weather, I am happy to report these mats cleans up rather nicely. Just a quick wash and dry, I am sure I can get it cleaner with some soap but it's only a mat. Also just in case someone is keeping count, I am still waiting for my 3rd row ordered 12/20 from AutoAnything. o_O New ETA is May.

Wow, that looks great! Do you mind sharing your process? I washed mine a couple of times with water, but they still seem "grayish" after they dry. I probably didn't get all the road salt out, and maybe need some stronger brushing.

I sprayed 10:1 laundry detergent(Oxyclean Liquid) and rinsed off with garden hose on shower setting. I didn't have to brush or use abrasive cleaner at all. If you look at the after picture closely, there is slight bit of salt left but I am happy with the result with amount of effort I put in.

I had to put my fingers under the mat and hold the anchor down while I lifted the mats at an angle. I would vacuum before I do that next time as some debris kicked up while I lifted. Those anchors are a tight fit.

Awesome, thanks! I may try the laundry detergent idea tomorrow. Mine are due for a clean. Thanks!

I just ordered these. realtruck.com had the full set, should be here next week. The person I spoke too wasn't confident they actually had them though, so I ended up ordering from carid and autoanything to make another set.

So I'll see what ships first and cancel the rest of the orders.

Happy to see how well they clean up!

Seems like I can only get the first two rows from Costco here in Canada. Still waiting on Tuxmats but don't know when they will be back in, supposedly end of May but was already supposed to be end of April. Might have to just get some universal ones cheap at Costco to tide me over.... My Telluride gets delivered May 31.
