• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I deeply regret that I bought a Kia car.
One day, I found My car has crack on the diver side door window. Honestly, I do not know where it came from.
The dealer said it is my fault.
But, they did not know they do not have the window. They added more crack and asked come again after they get right one. I went two more times with no fruit. They said they received only defected glass both the times and asked wait more. Now, I waited ywo more weeks with no updates. I stopped by again and heard that they still do not know when it comes.
I heard it is eventually my fault, because I am the owner. I feel I am a fool.

Cracked windows are usually covered by drivers insurance. It is unfortunate they made you come in multiple times for repair only to be sent home with the same broken window. I would probably be just as upset.

The only common glass breaking issues I’ve seen are for windshield cracks and sunroof explosions on this forum. Still only affected a few number of owners relatively to all Tellurides sold.
