• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So two and half weeks ago I picked up my Telly from Kia in Plano Texas. Jordan Garrett was my sales person from the time I ordered in late August till pick up in October. On the drive back to NM I stopped on some ranch road at sunrise and took a picture with my DSLR. I decided to have it framed and sent it to Jordan as a thank you for a painless buying experience (well, as painless as spending near $50k can be LOL). He just sent me a picture of his desk with the picture of my Telly.

Very nice. I wonder if my sales guy will like a cell phone pic :)

Very nice gesture. Our salesman was excellent, his thieving manager however...deserves his own special gift.
