• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have the Alexa UVO Skill enabled successfully. I can lock and unlock the doors. However, when I attempt to start the engine it requests the PIN (You provide the PIN when enabling the Alexa Skill). I provide the correct PIN and Alexa responds with the PIN is not enabled or activated. Sometimes it claims the PIN I provide is incorrect. Anyone have this working? Any ideas what the issue is I'm having and how to resolve it? TIA.

When I used to be on the free trial, both locking and remote starting worked on the Alexa skill, so it should be possible.

The issue I used to have was the skill would routinely disconnect from my UVO account and I would need to log in again.

Have you tried using Google Assistant to see if the car is able to remote start using that connected feature?

I have a 2020 model, it could be the Alexa/Google Assistant skills have not been updated by the developers to support the newer 2022 model years?
