• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2022 SX, 6 months old, 8000 miles.
Parked the car for 7 days, and when we returned all user settings had been lost. Car had not been touched, and the battery appears fine. No recent updates or changes.
A cursory search didn't show any similar issues.
Wondering what would cause this?

Try selecting either driver one or two on the driver's door. It may have went to the guest driver with no settings. It may bring back the settings.

Thanks, but the seat settings don't appear to have any connection to all the other car settings. My profile on the 12" screen was gone.
