• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Brand new Telluride owner here … the dealership we purchased from definitely swindled us on a variety of things as we are going back through the paperwork. Just want to make sure we aren’t crazy… does the window etching below come standard on all Kias (driver window only)!

If you got charged for Window Etching, it's to put your VIN on all the glass all around the vehicle. It's one of the many ways dealers upcharge for nominal amount of work, technically to help recover your vehicle if it's stolen and sold for parts.....in reality, you wouldn't care as your insurance will pay out for a stolen vehicle, instead of you getting it back in pieces.

What else did they charge you for? Nitrogen? Undercoating? Interior protection? All scams and should be refused.
