• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... To be clear, are you are referring to the SX-specific ambient light strips on the dash and doors or to the accessory interior lighting kit that lights up the footwell and cupholders?

Read my post here (#31) for more info. Interior Light Kit (Part# S9F55 AC000)

I’m willing to bet you have the accessory interior lighting kit and either don’t know it or don’t know how to operate it. But I could be wrong, of course.

Hi
Thanks for responding
I have the strips on the dash and doors
The only color that actually works is the blue
I tried each color and the blue is the only color that shows up even when it’s very dark

Have you tried adjusting the light settings with a passenger in the car? To confirm what you are seeing?

I have adjusted it to the highest lighting setting but no color shows up except for blue

Sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order if it isn't working. It will be covered under warranty.

Isn't the brightness set with the menu in between the tach and speedo, for some reason I thought it was. Some one can correct me if I'm wrong.

The brightness is selected in the same spot that the color is via settings in the center infotainment display.

Try it at night - only time they are really visible.

For the test go in your garage and close the garage door so it is pitch black. Good chance they work...
