• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So I've checked all the threads and youtube videos, and i made sure i got an official usb cord. I have a Galaxy s9. It connects for a few minutes then keeps flashing connected then disabled over and over. Love my telluride but this is driving me nuts lol. Should i try another usb cord from verizon or tell my wife my phone sucks and i need a new one🤔. I have the S trim, so i don't have navigation, but would like to use android auto for google maps with trips or texts etc... I'm lost.

I ran into the same problem from using cables from Amazon then I switched back to my Samsung cable and everything works fine now.

Some also suggest to clear the data and cache from android auto.

Hope it helps.

Thank you, that helps immensely. I did get my last cord from Amazon, so might just have to head to Verizon and get a Samsung one. I will clear the cache too. Thanks again
