Yesterday’s Globe article about Kia and Subaru using these telematics disabling tactics to effectively evade MA laws.The law wasn't foolish. Kia is taking an extreme stance to avoid complying with this law. If every state had a right-to-repair law, they would not be disabling this feature country-wide.
