    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Anyone know how to get a KIA CS agent dedicated to the forum?

Sorry for the long title but I think one huge piece missing from this community (as far as I know) is a CS agent or social media manager from KIA. I was part of a Cadillac ATS forum in the past and there was a warranty agent (not sure what her actual title was) that would jump into every thread regarding issues with the car or dealers with advice and points of contact for owners. She wasn’t able to solve every issue but was helpful with getting members in touch with the right people and escalating issues without the need for a tedious call to GM. Not sure if KIA has a similar presence online but it would be great to see that level of support for such a new car. Anyone know how we could initiate something like that or know if there is a similar individual on the Stinger forum? The KIA employees we have so far have been tremendously helpful and the more the merrier!!
