• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anyone know what the switches on the back of the turn signal and wiper stalks are?

My telluride seems to have some multi-position switches on the back side of the two steering wheel stalks. They seem no functional and I could not find any documented details if their functionality.

Anyone have any insights on these mystery multi-position switches? Maybe a super secret switch for repair techs?

ummm....they're connected to the same switch facing you (fog lamps & Wiper sensitivity/intermittent) to make it easy for you to rotate through the notches.

Or are you talking about something else?

I think you might have it...

Will confirm this morning.

I generally operate from just the front side so the “wings” on the back was beyond confusing. I wouldn’t be surprised if a few people here didn’t even know the wing extended through to the backside.

Me too. Never saw the wings in previous vehicles.. Was confused for a second, then thought what a cool idea! Easier to manipulate without looking.
