• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Are there significant differences between SX and SX prestige?

Good, I assume you have ordered a prestige package? Not sure the timeline in the Canada, but it looks like taking around 6-10 weeks in the US. Congrats on your new ride.
Thanks! Yes I sure did. I think the wait times here are longer unfortunately but I figured I'll have this for at least five years so might as well get it the way I want it.

In Canada they've now changed the SXP/SXL(Canadian version) to be able to order it without the Nappa. My dealer called two days ago to tell me that me SXL would not show up until the new year but if i opted to delete the Nappa it would arrive in October.

Has anyone sat on both the Nappa and regular leather seats? Do you think Nappa is worth the wait even if I can get all the features of an SXP/SXL minus the Nappa leather earlier?? I need to let the dealer know of my decision soon. Thanks.
We actually test drove 2 tellurides back to back, one being the SXP and another being the LX. Honestly the seats and leather in the LX FELT nicer up front. I feel like SXP seats are firmer, maybe to hold up better over time? I’m not sure. I would definitely have ordered minus the Nappa if it got ours to us sooner. We ended up ordering the SXP and received it last week!

Crazyness. I ordered a SXP yesterday. I really wanted Sangria color. They said it wasn't available with that package. I settled for the Gray.
Got home and realized I REALLY wanted Sangria. So I'm basically getting the SX with tow package, light grey interior with Nightfall package. I have to lose the heads up display, the heated and cooled 2 row seat, nappa leather and rain sensing wipers. Really?

Yes, Sangria has never been an SXP option.

I wonder why Kia would limit color options for the highest trim? I wonder what the business reason is?

That's going to depend on what you deem as needed features. Some think none of those listed above are necessary, thus not worth the extra cost. I personally think the Heads Up Display all alone is worth it. I never had a HUD until the Stinger, and now that I've used it, I think it's worth the extra money all by itself. I consider it not only a nice convenience, but a great safety feature that keeps you from being distracted from looking away from the traffic. I never have to lookdown to see speed, don't have to look at the screen for my next turn. Don't have to look in my mirrors to see if someone is in my blind spot.. don't even have to look at the radio when I change a station to see what station it's on. The heated and cooled 2nd rows are a big bonus IMO.
Totally agree. I love the heads up display. It will be hard to buy another car without one.
