• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Do you own an LX or S and want an auto dimming mirror, but don't need HomeLink? Save some $$ and buy my new take-off mirror from my EX. This mirror came off my days old EX, and will include the installation kit that came with my new HomeLink mirror (I didn't need it as mine was already hardwired).

This is not plug and play for the S or LX---you'll need to use the included wiring kit and instructions to run wiring through the pillar to the fuse box. If you have mechanical abilities it's not a bad job if you take your time. I installed one on my Sorento and it took me about an hour.

New from dealer is about $225 for this model (and about $280 for the HomeLink version).

$80 shipped Conus via Priority Mail
