• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hey everyone! Had my 2021 SX Telluride since Decber and the Auto Sensing Wipers ( which I was very excited for!) never work. I drove 83 miles in calm to pouring rain and they never went on automatically once.

Anyone else having this problem? If so did you get it fixed when you brought it in or did they debunk you like I'm expecting the dealership to do to me?

Thanks!

Easiest way to find out if they work, take a hose, and spray directly on the circle sensor on your windshield, behind the rear view mirror. That is where the rain sensor is located. Obviously make sure the wiper stalk is set to auto too.

Some owners have had an issue with the rain sensor not being installed correctly against the glass or not wired correctly from the manufacturer. Would require a trip to the dealer to correct.
