Average wait time from VIN assignment

Anyone have a good estimate delivery time once a VIN number has been assigned? I received mine today and was wondering how close I am to a delivery date. Thanks in advance
 
I received my VIN on Friday and someone on the forum told me it is looking like 10-14 day average.

I thought I read some more here that you were picking yours up yesterday. It stuck with me because I think we're all in the same boat of anxiousness. Hope you get yours soon!!!

Thanks! No I had an ETA of 7/7, got my VIN on 6/21. Crossing my fingers I get it before fourth of July. And hope yours arrives swiftly as well!

Lol. I think I read every thread on this board. I must have got your information mixed up with someone else's!!
 
Mine showed up in 3 weeks. One week before it was scheduled to be here. Pleasant surprise. And it was the day after my birthday.

So it looks like it's just random across the board. Some have come in earlier then expected and others have been delayed. Someone else started the thread about his date being pushed back on multiple occasions.

Now that I have my VIN, I'll just chill and anxiously wait.

I received word that my vin has been assigned and its in build right now. my eta is 7/17 though. im anxiously wondering if itll be that long! ordered on 5/22

I received my VIN on Friday and my ETA is 7/7 so hopefully I yours will arrive sooner.
I would really like a way to track the VIN status eg "at factory", on train etc
 
Got a call this morning that my new ride is in transit. My ETA is June 28th but dealer said could be in middle of this week. So it looks like the ETA's are pretty close to deliver date. Will keep you all informed and mine was ordered on March 21. I never called and asked about Vin number so I can't help with time from Vin number date sorry. Mine is Black Copper AWD SXP with Brown Dune leather and towing. Hopefully Christmas comes in June for me.

would LOVE to be able to track it!! Its been so hard just waiting with little to no updates. Very exciting Wap52, that youll probably be getting yours sometime this week!! I ordered an S AWD (am I the only one who didn't get SX?) with captain's chairs, and tow in green moss
 
I have had my VIN# since 5/24/19 and my first eta was 6/5/19. It has been getting pushed back weekly. I get the dreaded call saying so sorry but it's been pushed back again. So now my arrival date at dealership is supposed to be 7/3/19.
I hope you guys have better luck than I have.
And mine is a S model.

Have you checked with any of the other dealers on this site to see what their system says about the vin number. I only ask as their have been a few shady dealers and might be worth seeing if another dealer can check their system and see if the information jives with what your dealer is saying.
 
The cars all come from West Point, GA. So, your distance from there will dictate how soon you get it once you get your VIN. For me in OH it was about 1 month on the dot. Someone closer to GA would get it sooner and someone farther would get it later. Makes sense lol
