• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hey. I have a 2022 Telluride EX. I have the captain's chairs in the 2nd row. I took the passenger side headrest out and accidentally put in backwards. I keep pressing the side button to try to lift it out and no luck. Other than taking it to the dealership, any suggesttions on how to remove it so I can turn it around?

Thank you for asking this question. I did exactly the same thing and can't get it out either. I was too embarrassed to ask. Thank you for being brave enough. And now there's two who would be very appreciative of anyone who can answer.

I am not where I can look easily, but there are other threads on this forum with information. Or just do an internet search. There are explanations and youtube videos. No need to be embarrassed. You are in good company.

Thank you for the info. Very kind. I'll look and update with my findings.

Thank you. Found YouTube video. A bit more tricky, since it was the 3rd row center headrest, but fixed in 15 minutes. Wow, I can see out the back now.
