Bluetooth trouble.

We have a telluride 2022 with , I believe every option available. Purchased new in 2022. Bluetooth talking is aggrevating, to the point my wife just uses her phones speaker to talk. The first dealer stated. After 3 weeks old. They would check it out but would be charging 175$ an hour if they could find the problem. We did not leave the car. After 6 months we vehicle to a second dealer whom, I believe,. Did there due diligence, attempting to find the problem. They where unsuccessful but ordered parts they assumed would fix the issue. " between time. We use 4 separate phones. Samsung, IPhone 11,12,14. All had same issue." After just over 1yr ( not kidding) and many phone calls the parts. ( new speaker assembly) came in. This didn't work either. The sound is best described as someone lighting off firecrackers in the back ground. Some time alot and loud. Other time less and quiet. My wife will rarely use the bluetooth anymore. It's speaker phone in the bra strap. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.
Absolutely love the vehicle and would rate 5 of 5. But because of this experience its 3 of 5. And since it is now just over 2yrs old. 70,000$ later. And no fix. I won't be considering buying another one.
