Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a 2021 SX Nightfall with AWD and the factory-issued tow package with self-leveling shocks. I bought it used in 2022 only to discover that it had the shock issues, similar to what's described in other posts on this forum (it's not letting me link for some reason). It was under warranty and the local dealer (eventually) replaced the shocks, but it's something to be aware of for Tellurides with the factory-issued tow package.
