I went there 3 weeks ago and my sales rep showed me the orders that had received delivery dates out in May. They ordered on the same day I did, 8/17! So, I expected I would receive good news in the next couple of days that my order had a delivery date. Nope. It's been 3 weeks now and they still don't have a date for me. People that ordered AFTER me at this dealership have delivery dates, and I still don't. Looking at Failcat, I think I just picked a color combo that isn't produced very frequently (Dark Moss / Grey).

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. How did you get your deposit back if it was non-refundable? I figured the dealerships don't care if you bail because that just means they can mark-up your vehicle when it finally arrives and make even more money.
They can tell you it’s non-refundable but they cannot keep your money if you don’t receive any goods. I went straight to the manager and he refunded my money no questions asked.
Just got my first ETA of May 11th. Ordered August 17th, so right around 9 months if this ETA holds.

That is what I think too! If I would have ordered black on black Nightfall Id probably being driving a telluride right now! They called me Saturday and I was so excited but it was only to let me know they haven't heard anything yet but hopefully in a couple of weeks they would get an ETA and I would have it end of May or June! At this point I would take whatever color I could get!
