• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I've Got the same problem as so many, I'm in Venice FL and the default HD radio is locked onto St. Petersburg FL which is over an hour North. The weather up there can be quite different. Is there anyway to turn off the HD weather so that it tells me the temperature outside the vehicle, not what's over an hour away?

I don't think it can be turned off. I have a case opened with KIA to get Sirius Travel Link working on my SX. The S model has it so the SX and EX models should have it also. That's how they market the Telluride's features. EX has everything the S has plus ______. SX has everything the EX has plus ______.

Sirius Travel Link weather would fix your problem for sure. Every vehicle we have owned in the last five years came with Sirius Travel Link. The SX should have it.

I switched off Weather and added the analog clock. Looks good on the display and is much better than Kia’s HD Radio useless weather. I use Dark Sky Apple app for weather. Can even pop it up on the infotainment screen.

If you haven't figured it out already when you are on the home page with the three screens swipe up on the right screen and you can get ride of the HD weather and put one of the other screens up.

I agree!

Jon how are you able to put Dark Sky on the Telluride's screen? Did you Jailbreak your phone? I'm not seeing that Carplay supports any weather apps.

Well hell’s bells. I thought that DS was one of my CarPlay app options, but as I sit here in the Telly, I was obviously wrong. Humble apologies.

How do you add the "analog clock"? I can't find that option in the widgets or icon menu.

See Page 1-10 in your "Car Infotainment System; Quick Reference Guide" manual. This will explain how to change your home screen widgets. I just had my Telly's firmware updated, but the analog clock widget is still an option for the home screen.

I was able to change the weather screen to clock, but only digital, not analog clock. It shows the option of an analog clock but when selected it appears on home screen as digital. What the!

I just want outside temperature. I don't need digital weather. Like you, I live in a rural area (Park City, UT) and it doesn't usually receive the digital weather signal. It gives me the signal from Salt Lake City, which is 3000 feet lower in elevation and 10 degrees warmer. Is there any way to see outside weather the way you can is less sophisticated cars?
