• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Looks like a design flaw on the 2022 Telluride. I go to a car wash that does a good job except the drying but each time I notice soap dripping down the back.

At first I thought it was the car wash then I opened the truck and noticed the soapy water gets on that track on 3 inch grove just outside the truck where it’s close to seeping inside the vehicle. So each time I dry the truck or license plate area even minutes later I see water marks.

Does anyone else notice this issue? It seems like the quicker fix is to pull over after the car wash, pop the trunk and dry that grooved area. Any other best tips?

I know the rain channel right behind the rear spoiler collects a lot of suds. So when I rinse the car I usually aim the pressure washer into the rain channel gap. I do it from both the left and right sides thoroughly.

Thanks. Makes sense. Too bad you can’t aim the ones at the car wash but it’s all good.

I have this "soapy" issue on our Telly every car wash. I just open the back and dry it out.

No solution but I have the same issue. You dry it, come back 5 mins later new streaks.
