• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Was Carlink APP down since yesterday afternoon (Saturday 9/12/20)? I wasn't able to get any connections since yesterday and now all of a sudden I am getting connected. I drove around a bit today and discovered it worked afterwords, but I doubt that fixed whatever issue I had.

ok, thanks...if no one else had a problem I guess it was just me!

Used it on Saturday and Sunday with no issues. Was your Telly parked somewhere that wouldn’t have cell reception?

I was in a rural area with poor coverage on Saturday afternoon, but by 6:00 PM I came back to a good coverage area. All morning and afternoon today I was in my driveway, also with good coverage and I couldn't get connected. After I drove around late afternoon running errands and when I tried it again, I actually got an error that said something like "sever not available". I tried soon after and I was to finally connect. I was at home connected to Wi-Fi, really weird! I hope this doesn't become a persistent problem.
