    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Carlinkit mount

This is a clean mount for the wireless Carlinkit dongle - any wireless dongle actually. Lid closes perfect. IMG_0337 - Copy.webpFrees up much needed space in the cubby holes. Sorry but this forum sw keeps flipping my picture.

If you are talking about the device Carlinkit, don't hold your breath for support. Chinese outfit - as are all of the wireless dongles. Your best bet is to search for their troubleshooting guide. Myself, I've had good luck with two of their devices. I'm using a 4.0 now and it is very good.

Actually, they were pretty responsive. Pretty much a response every 12 hours or so. After much troubleshooting they suggested trying a different cable than the one it shipped with — success!

As you can see from my pic, I had also replaced their cable with a much better quality one. Bought it on Amazon.
