• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hello all, I'm new to the group here. I tried finding an answer before posting this but wasn't able to find anything. Forgive me if there is a thread somewhere with an answer to this inquiry.

My wife and I just bought a 2020 Telluride EX a couple weeks ago. Probably my own fault but when test driving, we didn't try out all of the different driving modes (Eco, Sport, Snow etc), nor did I check the Auto-Stop/Start button, Vehicle Hold and so on.

Well I was trying out all these buttons and things the other day and I found that they are a bit "sticky". Especially the Auto-Start/Stop button. But the knob to change driving modes doesn't spin super smooth either. I'm thinking the previous owner maybe spilled like a coke or something and that's causing things to be a bit sticky. Or maybe they just weren't the cleanest people in the world and there is a bunch of dirt and grime around these buttons.

I'm wondering if there is a schematic somewhere or a video on how to disassemble for a thorough cleaning to see if that resolves the issue(s).

Any help is greatly appreciated. (photo is generic from google...attached for reference).
