• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anyone got experience with chrome delete? How long does it usually last?

The cost to swap parts from the nightfall edition on my 2020 would cost 3k+ easily

Vs

3 quotes I've received are
$750
$1200
$1500

So looking at those numbers I'm leaning towards the delete but have zero experience on longevity. Advice?

I’m curious on longevity also. I usually drive cars til the wheels fall off so I’m not thrilled about having to do a chrome delete more than once if that is the case

Assuming youre asking about vinyl wrap, longevity will depend on different variables such as climate, garaged or not, sun exposure, material used, etc. Your local installer should be able to give you the best answer based on their experience and products offered and if they offer a warranty. Anywhere from 2-5yrs from what Ive seen and read. Painting is always recommended for best results and longevity. Vinyl can fade over time if not tear the longer its exposed to the elements. Vinyl is good for ppl who get a new vehicle more frequently. GL
