We ordered in January and still no update. Just a heads up, our salesman almost ordered us a trim we didn't want when "he put back in our order" for our '23 so I'd follow up and confirm what they ordered for you if you haven't already.

Just got the call that our Telluride is actually at the dealer. No heads up, nothing. Has anyone had any luck with negotiating add-ons (cargo mat, etc.) ? We never got the chance when they transferred our order from a 22 to a 23. Just wondering what the purchasing experience has been like when actually picking up the car.
