Dealer messed up with my order!

Hi,

I recently placed an order for an EX Wolf Grey Night Fall with Towing Package. When placing an order, the dealer offered two colors for interior (Gray and Black), so we went with Gray interior. Dealer didn't even ask if I want a EX Premium package.

After placing an order, I was playing with "build" option on Kia website and found out that EX Wolf Grey can only come with Black interior. Ex premium package is also mandatory.

I contacted the dealer and was informed that it doesn't matter. She also said she can't change the order at this point. Am I out of luck? I'm afraid I'd get a random color/random accessory.. or even get canceled... any advice/experience you can share?

Are you okay with the black interior is the question.

The Wolf Gray on the EX model only comes one way. Which is Nightfall AWD with Premium Package.

If you are preferring the bench seat instead of the captain chairs and/or you are only wanting gray interior than you will have to re-order in different color and restart wait.

Yes, interior color doesn't matter to me as long as the exterior is Wolf Grey with night fall and the 2nd row is Captain chairs. I just want "standard" EX Wolf Grey Nightfall edition (with a towing package).

Should I place another order?

Just confirm with dealer that it is a Wolf Gray exterior that was ordered.

Did they give you a copy of the order sheet by any chance?

I didnt get any confirmation/order sheet after placing an order. Just a verbal confirmation that the order request is provided to the manager... it was Parsons Kia.

Maybe ask for a copy of order request.. than post here and I can confirm all looks good for you.
