Defective Headlight: Turns Blue/Purple

My SX P passenger side headlight turns blue/purple within minutes of being turned on. My local KIA dealer has been very helpful, and apparently since it is LED they have to replace the entire housing (no bulbs). Anyone else with this issue? I included photos of what it looks like.

Yep, the entire assembly. Part number is in the TSB section. Strange... but they'll take care of it
 
Mine didn't do that ,but my amber running light stopped working . Whole assembly was replaced. Did you get it changed yet?

Not yet. Waiting for part to arrive at dealership. Hopefully sometime next week.

@JCzoom, how did your replacement process go? I noticed the bumper will need to be removed in order to replace the light assembly. Did it go back together well? Everything line up nicely? Any scratches or damage from the process? Thank you in advance for your feedback.

The initial diagnoses was painful. Back and forth with dealer and corporate. Once they figured out that the whole assemble had to be replaced, the part was ordered and the install went well. Can't tell it was changed at all.

Update: KIA Consumer Affairs contacted me today assuring me the defective headlight would be replaced and provided me a case number. The dealer should be following up with me shortly in order to setup an appointment. Hoping this will be resolved in the very near future.
