• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Provided that exterior lights are on Auto AND rain-sensing wipers are on Auto… when the wipers get activated by rain, do the lights switch from DRL to headlights/rear lights automagically?

It would be cool if it would do this for me! But I’m okay with doing it manually if that’s how it is designed. Thx

Yes, when lights are in the auto position and the wipers are also in the auto position (for SX trim), the low beams will come on when the auto wipers start regularly wiping.

If the wipers only makes one pass because not enough rain is detected, the headlights typically do not turn on.

Makes sense. Thx!

What about rear lights??
Yes, when low beams are on, the rear parking lights come on by default. There is no way to have low beams on without having the rear parking lights on.
