Does SXP Require NightFall?

Hello, first post and didnt find much with search on this topic. So i found a local dealer that will allow me to order a SXP at MSRP with a reasonable Doc fee but they are saying Kia is requiring SXP to have Nightfall. This struck me as odd and i really dont want nightfall. Is this true or could this be some kind of game or maybe the dealer is just not familiar enough?

SXP requires AWD but does not require NF.

SX AWD = J4482, Prestige Package = GSJ(Option group 020) should be your basic SXP order codes. Dealer can add color and options after that.

Doesn't certain colors require a NF package? Maybe you're trying to order that color that in turn requires NF. Like Wolf Gray.

Thanks guys, i asked salesman to double confirn since i can built it without nightfall on kia.com. he apologized and said he was wrong. I bet he assumes it since he probably sees primarily sxp with nightfall on lot.

Or he wants you to order nightfall for the extra money , but you can’t go wrong with either and you won’t be disappointed with or without nightfall!!

U sure you want this salesman or dealer controlling if/when your order goes into KFOS (aka the system)?
