• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does the radiator come out through the engine side or does the bumper cover need to come off?

Daughter's Telluride needs a radiator. (out of warranty) Can I pull the fan up via the engine bay and then remove the radiator upward there also or do I have to remove the bumper cover, face bar?

You need to remove the front bumper cover and the bumper beam. The front bumper cover is actually a whole lot easier that I thought it would be. Removing the front bumper cover and reinstalling it takes less than an hour. For a shop, removing and replacing the radiator is a 3.4 hour job. Here is the tightening torque for the radiator mounting bolts:

Tightening torque : 7.8 - 11.8 N·m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf·m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb·ft)

If it is beyond warranty, you may want to consider replacing the upper and lower radiator hoses, new coolant, etc.

There are hidden screws inside the wheel well. They don’t need to be removed, wheel wells that is. A little difficulty there. Just be careful how you peel the bumper cover there. You will break tabs. Ask me how I know.
