Does the Telluride records impacts?

Brand new SX-P, someone just hit it in a parking lot. We've got the insurance info of the person but they are denying it. Just wondering if the telluride logs collisions or even records video of things like this.

I've had the same question. Thankfully, my 'Ride didn't get hit, but I had someone steal a piece of property that would have been on the camera if there was some type of loop recording going on. I'm assuming not, or it would probably have been a highlighted feature.

yeah I figured. still, I'd have to assume collisions are at least logged if not "recorded" with the cameras. Luckily the damage is very minor but dammit parking lot dings are the worst

In a Trader Joe's parking lot, parked. Someone hit the front when they parked in the other spot.

Do you think Trader Joes has cameras for the parking lot or maybe other nearby stores have cameras? Were there any witnesses? Did you take pictures of the other car you believe was involved?
I would get camera footage or witnesses if possible, then take that information it to them or file a police report.

A friend of mine had his SUV hit in a golf course parking lot, a witness told him who did it. He got an estimate for the repair and brought it to the responsible person who denied hitting his vehicle.
My friend told the RP he had a witness. The RP replied "Who's the witness?" My friend said I am trying to be a gentleman about this, you'll find out the who the witness is if you don't take responsibility for hitting my vehicle and pay for the repair I will call the police and report it as a hit and run. The RP paid for his repair.

We know who it is (wife waited for the person to come out, so we've got her info, but she's denying it. Definitely took pictures of how the cars were positioned (other car was a couple of feet into our space, etc) so at this point I'm going to let the insurance sort it out. No witnesses unfortunately. Since the Telly is so new it doesn't even have a front plate yet, so I think the minor damage would actually be covered by the plate. Anyway, hoping it works out in my favor soon
