• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Greetings everyone. New to the Forum and shamefully should have been on here sooner. I have a 2020 SX Prestige. I leased it in May of that year and will almost certainly be buying it shortly. That being said, I'm having an issue with wind noise on the driver's door. From some poking around on this site and generally Googling, it appears I'm not alone and Kia won't acknowledge or act on the issue. I started to notice the wind noise about 18 months ago. Thought for sure my window was up all the way, the door panel was loose, or some other misalignment. Could not find anything. Took it the nearest dealership. I was told they didn't hear anything. I even took a ride with a tech, having him drive and me sitting behind him, and he still claimed he didn't hear anything abnormal. Took it to another dealer and the tech told me Kia had a service bulletin on it, acknowledging it was an issue but they didn't have any solution identified yet. The tech told me to keep checking for an update. Of course that tech left the other two times I went back and each time I was told there was no update. As I approach my buy decision I went to a third dealership. The tech there said he heard something, drove another model Telluride on the lot for comparison, and heard the same thing so it was deemed normal. I know for a fact that noise was not there when I got the car. Something changed. I also test drove a 2023 SX-P two weeks ago and deliberately noticed there was no similar wind noise.

For those that have had similar experiences, am I just SOL on this? Or is there a different approach I should take to have this investigate further? Appreciate any help I can get.

Having same issue on 2022 Telluride SX at higher speeds.
Also notice very slight draft through door. In cold weather the HVAC is fine at keeping everything warm, except my left arm feels the cold draft from driver door, so that's when it's more noticeable.

Taking it in soon to get checked out but expect tech to pretend to not feel it.

I'm pretty confident the sound was not there when I first bought the car and it was only after some time, perhaps a year, had passed when I noticed it. That implies something changed.
