I just see it differently. There is a publicly posted MSRP, the customer is seeing the 7k markup, the customer has choices about where to acquire the car, and then makes the decision. It's a two-way street. Both sides have agency and responsibility. I'm not talking about the NDA. I'm talking about engaging in a large purchase.Oh yes they are. If I am selling something to one customer for $10, and then another customer walks in and wants to buy the same thing, but I deem this second person uninformed and therefore "stupid", so I sell to this person for $15. And I tell the first customer to not say anything since he saw what happened. This makes me a shady businessman, and I just took advantage of somebody.
