If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi,

I was curious if anyone else is seeing their ETA date becoming a moving target. You'll see in my signature line I have had 3 different ETAs now. Is this common? I have tried to search this forum and curious what folks experiences are.

Thanks!

"January 17th Deposit on incoming unclaimed 2022 Ebony Black SX Telluride" --- which dealer ? are you paying MSRP

Fred beans Mechanicsburg, PA....not paying MSRP. It is around 4600 over. Gasp! I know that isn't what lots of folks here are looking for, but I have a new baby on the way in March and a bunch of trips planned and the wife wanted a car before our trip. And I was dead set on the telluride. :)

That's the "E" part of the ETA.

You can check the tracking thread and see that almost nobody's car shows up on the exact date they were initially given. Sometimes they move up, sometimes they move down. Don't take the ETA as gospel, just as a ballpark. You'll get it within a few days/weeks of that date.

I get it is only an estimate. ;)

Don't sweat it then. We had at least 7 eta dates and it still showed up a week earlier than the final eta! There's no telling. GL
as the dealer said....it is a crap shoot!

It definitely is. Then there are some who have had their vehicles held up in transit coming after their final eta was provided. Anything can happen but it is on its way.

Yup, best way to look at it; is a general idea of when it should arrive
