• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I've looked in my manual but the programming buttons on my Telly are not like the one in the manual, which I am assuming is for the SX model. Mine has only one power button which I guess is for turning on/off the auto-dim feature, a light that goes green on the left when on, and a light that doesn't seem to do anything on the right (see photo).

So, is there a way to program my garage door opener to this mirror? This feature had been around 15+ years so it seems off if the answer is no.

Also, what is the light on the right side of the mirror for?

The EX does not have Homelink, so it can't be programmed for garage door. You could add an aftermarket solution if desired - probably less than $400 installed. Right side is a light sensor for activating auto dim function.

This really sucks for a newer vehicle and a higher trim. Very disappointing p
