EX/SX Amber Front Headlight Question

Hi All-

I am new to the forum as I can't figure something out. On the 2021 EX/SX with Amber front DRL and Amber turn signal, I am noticing that there is another light section below the main DRL. If you look inside this section, there are what I can see about 2 LED lights within this space. If you have an LX/S model, this section is normally used for the incandescent amber turn signal with the white DRL main section above it. I have attached an image of this section and what I am seeing comparing main light housings. I originally thought that these might be cornering lights but upon turning, these don't come on from what I can tell. Thoughts?

Going on 2 months with my white SXP NF with rear entertainment system, love my Telluride.

The boxed section is the high beams on the LED headlamps. Both projectors within the amber DRL come on with low beam headlights.
