EX

Hi all,

What is the deal with the EX plain, no upgrades, etc for those who want a bench? I see very few of these come up on the forums, i do so some on Failcat. It seems like so many buyers just skip right over it to the SX. I've got an order in for one. I wonder if that particular trim will move faster or slower...

EX usually comes faster than SX. With the 18s and bench seat, they're just not as popular as the SX. That's why you don't see so many.

I would have loved to get the SX, but I couldn't see the captain's chairs working with my family setup. Wish the bench was optional on the SX! Well if it get my order sooner, its a positive .

Mine is basically the plain. I like to hike, backpack & car camp. So, there were several features that wouldn’t work for me in the SX trim level. However, based on features I had (or realized I needed) from my previous vehicle (Pilot), I added towing, alloy skid plate, roof cross bars (easily removable when home), mud flaps, etc.

And, granted, there were several features the SX has that I wished I had on mine (one of which was fog lights) but couldn’t get. (I am in the resesrch phase of having them added).

With that said, I am very happy with my choice.
