Extended Warranty?

Picking up our 2021 EX AWD Premium this weekend. Dealer is pushing the extended warranty. This is my first BRAND NEW vehicle ever. Thoughts on this?

"In short, the extended warranty covers EVERYTHING with the exception of regular maintenance and wearable items (it doesn't pay for oil changes, tires, brake pads, cosmetic items etc). It's like having the comprehensive coverage that the factory provides for 5yr/60k miles but for twice as long and more than double the mileage. Cost is $1,543."

Cost is about on par with the Fidelity extended warranty coverage that Kia of Muncie offers. Their warranty has been purchased by a lot of members here. What is the deductible on the warranty the dealer wants you to purchase?

Anyone buy an extended warranty on the Telluride?

Debating if I should buy an extended warranty on my Telluride SX. Not worried as much about the car as I am about all the electronics. If you bought one, which one and how much? How is the coverage?

There is a 21 pages of information discussing the exact topic. In short, you can buy 10y/100k/$0 EW for $1647 from Muncie Kia in Indiana. If your EW has better terms then buy from your dealer. Make sure the EW can be used at any Kia dealer.
