• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi,
I've seen some several great examples of Telluride console wrapping here. Bye bye piano black
Wondering if anyone has gone to the next step and wrapped the EXTERIOR black trim? Mine is already getting super fine scratches. Very aggravating considering my 6+ year-old Murano's exterior black plastic is nearly perfect.
Kia has done a HORRIBLE job with plastic selection or whatever protection was applied to their piano black surfaces.
Anyway - looking for some thoughts or suggestions. I'm thinking about wrapping the exterior trim with vinyl (3M or other) - maybe even go to a black carbon fiber look.

You can use a fine cut polisher and it should take out the scratches.

I agree.
Here, scratches are very easily removed by polishing.
But very quickly they come back.
Try not to rub / wipe these panels with a rag, brush.
On my Kia Sedona, these panels are still shiny - wash the car only with a non-contact method.

It’s not just Kia. I have the same issue on my 2020 Ford F-150.
