I asked today, but the manager didn’t answer anything intelligible.
He just said the car was ordered on April 24th.

If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. The order should have an order number. Not just a date on when it was ordered.

I was given only a sale bill that does not have this number and the columns / places for this number. All data on the car are indicated, except VIN.
Tell me, pliz, how to get this number to be sure that the dealer ordered it?
And how quickly does it appear (immediately after ordering or does it take time)?
Don't panic. You already asked about this "number". Some dealers provide it, others don't. It doesn't matter anyway, as there's nothing you can do to track it. Check back in with your dealer in a month or two or three and ask if they've gotten the allocation yet. With production currently stopped, no progress will be made. Kia Canada may be different than the US.
