Factory reset after oil change?

Had our ride in for 1st oil change.... Got it back and all the settings were reset... Temp, ambient light, rear occupancy alert, NO longer able to use Sirius radio???
Is this going to happen every service... Or my guys happened to do it without knowing?

Sounds like they've reset the whole system vs just resetting the maintenance portion.

I would ask the service manager. Maybe they pushed a software update?

Sounds like they made a boo boo. Easy enough to set back to your settings. Mention it next time you get her serviced so they don't do it again.
